The meeting ran for three days with a dense programme of panels, closed sessions and evening receptions. We built the shift schedule so every zone always had fresh staff.
In Warsaw we ran a transfer desk where delegates received travel information, documents and coordinator contacts.
In Kyiv the team handled entrance registration, navigation between halls and support for moderators during discussions.
