This is one of our largest events by guest numbers. Over 2000 participants registered within a tight window, so we opened several parallel desks with separate lines by surname.

The help desk operated all day: questions about the programme, halls, parking, coffee breaks and organiser contacts.

Across 22 panel discussions our assistants covered navigation, seating and microphones, while coordinators ran the shift schedule for a team of 35+.
