Our team has been a long-standing hospitality partner of YES: we welcomed participants in Warsaw, assisted with logistics to Kyiv and ran registration and in-hall operations on site.

The gathering brought together international participants arriving through two routes. Part of the delegation assembled in Warsaw, so a separate group of ours worked there: hotel welcome, escort to transport and contact with organisers during the journey to Kyiv.
In Kyiv the team opened registration well before the programme started. We split the flows for speakers, press and guests, prepared badges from the lists and kept a dedicated coordinator at the entrance.
During the sessions our assistants worked in the hall: seating, roaming microphones, speaker escort and answers to guest questions. Once the programme closed we handed the organisers a report on every zone.
